it succeeded in being chained onto a small multi small bt speaker system along aux lines from a 5-way star splitter in my sunroom. other brands when connected were lagging half a beat behind, but not the anker - it did exactly what i wanted. i'm regretting trying another brand when i should have just bought ANOTHER anker (1st gen soundcore) i know what the next speaker i'll be buying will be.

focus on the SOUND QUALITY! voice takes front in a big and not good way. no treble, bass heavy. i'm a jazz fan... this is definitely NOT designed for the genuine instruments. i'm very disapointed in this Anker product. i've gotten better for less. i'm stuck now, no time to send it back. :/

Ole non-tech guy here. First time using Bluetooth with any device. No problems getting it to hook up, and found the controls easy to use. Quality of sound is acceptable for the money. I bought this to use in a golf cart while playing. Too cold to play in my area now, but I think it will serve its purpose just fine. Absolutely satisfied!!! This is the perfect Bluetooth speaker for general around the house, porch, and general listening. The volume is good and the tone is excellent, bass response is more than adequate considering the footprint of this small speaker. I would have to say (and so did quite a few of my friends who heard it) that this little speaker is quite impressive!!! It is not going to cover a big outdoor party well, but does a GREAT JOB FOR MOST GENERAL LISTENING APPLICATIONS. If it was lost or stolen, I would certainly buy another. This speaker goes on and on... battery life when fully charged was AMAZING!!!
